Sweet and Spicy Mango Chutney (150 grms)

Time Required: 20 minutes , Calories: 250

Ingredients

  • 1 2 large green mangoes

  • 2 1/2 cup suar

  • 3 1 tsp .paprika powder

  • 4 1 tsp .salt

  • 5 1 tsp .cinnamon powder

  • 6 2 tsp. reed chili powder

  • 7 2 tsp .fennel seeds

  • 8 6 cardamom seeds

  • 9 5 dried red chili

Methods

  • 1 In a pan put oil and fry red dried chili

  • 2 Add mangoes ,sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sugar starts to glaze

  • 3 Add paprika ,salt ,red chili powder ,cinnamon powder ,cardamom and mix

  • 4 Heat up another pan and toast fennel seeds

  • 5 Once it turns brown add it to the mixture and cook for another 10 minutes in a medium heat

  • 6 When the mangoes get soft ,the chutney is ready

  • 7 Pour it in a jar
