Chicken Salad sandwich (200grm)

Ingredients

  • 1 1 chicken breast

  • 2 1/3 cup chopped bell pepper

  • 3 1/3 up chopped tomato

  • 4 1/3 cup chopped red onion

  • 5 1/3 cup chopped lettuce

  • 6 1/2 cup shredded carrots

  • 7 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 8 1 tbsp .hot sauce

  • 9 Pinch of salt & pepper

Methods

  • 1 Boil chicken breast in water and shred

  • 2 In a mixing bowl ,add all the chopped vegetables and shredded chicken

  • 3 Add mayonnaise ,salt ,pepper and mix

  • 4 Add mayonnaise ,salt ,pepper and mix

  • 5 Add hot sauce for a spicy flavor . (Optional)

  • 6 Refrigerator the mix for about an hour.

  • 7 Spread the mixture onto breads and enjoy
